Perfect position, in the heart of Saigon, nightlife hotspot, walking distance from market and many points of interest. Staff is friendly, most of them speak decent english.

Breakfast options aren't that great, but this is an issue for most hotels of this category on se Asia, so no big deal. I upgraded my room because the one I had booked had no window, which imo wasn't that obvious from the description on the website (actually the photo is showing a window, probably with a view on a corridor...).

Beds were very comfortable.

Hotel staff were at times rude and weren't very helpful with answering questions and helping with planning of trips. Rooms were very small.

I am very happy with the staff who are very helpful. They greet you with smiles on their faces and make you feel at home.

The staircase is pretty narrow but overall the stay was excellent. Strongly recommended.

We loved the White sheets and towels plus the clean bright feel of the place. Calmness in a busy area, very helpful and friendly staff, we liiked them a lot. Not pushy to do the tour thing!

We had a street side room which meant that due to it's location it was noisy. Too loud to open to window and too dry/difficult to always sleep with A/C . Bread roll & laughing cow not great, but noodles very filling.

breakfast is vietnames and they only have baguett and jam for western and only a few table but the nice service makes it worth to wait for a place.

Pleasant staff, convenient location, clean room

arrived at 8:30 pm to be told the single room I had reserved 4 hours previously was no longer available and I would have to pay + 30% for a double room. I smiled and refused and they agreed to let me have the double room at the original price for that night only. This was really my only cause for dissatisfaction..

Location in city center with Behn Ten market/Bus Terminal approximately 15 mins (leisure) of walking. Although, there are no designated dining room, breakfast was served promptly at reception area with "select your own meal" from a list of choices including bread with scrambled eggs to Vietnamese noodle with chicken and egg. I'd room 101 (twin room), just above reception and it was quite, comfortable, modern (with LCD TV), felt safe and the cleanliness was commendable. We received fresh linen everyday and toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, comb, soap, shampoo & cotton buds) are stocked up without being asked. For the price of USD25/SGD35 per room per night, I'd fully recommend Seventy Hotel. This hotel property is far better than the ones I experienced in San Francisco or Orlando. Receptionist Lan is gorgeous and kind, may I add! Always asking if we need a cab or something.

Hospitality and friendliness of the staff, receptionist Lan and the nite guy..they really nice to us. Location of this hotel is really strategic as it is near to many interesting places in HCM.The travel desk also really good as it can help the tourist to plan their holiday in vietnam with a cheapest fare.
